Complete IV. Solutions Filling Line (Form-Fill-Seal) with its Primary Packaging Materials (Non-PVC Films all sizes and Hot Stamping Foils.. etc.) all will be supplied along with the line.

MPP Bag Making/Filling machine is a fully automated FFS (Form fill seal) Machine where Non PVC film roll is form in a desired bag fill size ranging from 100 ml to 1000 ml, applies 2 ports, fill the bags the required fill volume and apply caps to seal the ports.
The Non PVC film is first printed through the printing station using thermal transfer film. The film then goes the forming station where the film is formed to the desired bag size and in this station the body port is also inserted. Next the formed bags goes to the body port sealing station to firmly attached the diamond body ports to the bag by means of heat weld. The bags are then transferred to the filling station.
The bags are received by the filling station using the transfer arm which utilizes vacuum to hold the bags from its body ports. Also the transfer arm monitors the vacuum pressure during transfer and if any of the bags does not reach the required vacuum the bag will not be filled. The bags are then transferred to the filling nozzles to fill the required volume using flow meter for each bag. After filling caps are applied and sealed. The sealed bags is then drop to the discharge conveyor for sterilization.
