Equipment Description

DESCRIPTION:
Agitated melting tank in stainless steel for the storage and transfer of cosmetics products.

SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
The FC vessel has been designed and built to perform the heating and agitation of products. Its use is principally with cosmetic products for the packagings that require a heat treatment such as waxes and creams with melting temperature not exceeding 120 ? C and with a degree of maximum viscosity of 1000 CPS 100 ? C. The operation of the mixer is also envisaged in combination with dosing heads of the manufacturer Tecnicoll for a semiautomatic or automatic mode of operation depending on the use, for example for the manual filling of molds for lipsticks or other containers. Built in AISI 316L stainless steel mounted on a trolley with wheels and equipped with standard agitators. Supplied with lid. Electrical panel stainless steel panel with PLC and management parameters. Heating by means of thermal oil and external insulation to prevent heat dispersion.
